Principle of the equipment
Pressure swing adsorption oxygen production plant uses clean compressed air as raw material, uses the high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, to seperate oxygen from the air after purified dry compressed air, pressure adsorption decompression desorption in the adsorbent. Because of the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the pores of zeolite molecular sieve is much higher than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. and then by decompression to atmospheric pressure, adsorbent adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities, to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower absorbs oxygen, the other tower desorption regeneration, through PLC program controller to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers alternate circulation, so as to obtain high purity oxygen (93% ±2%)

Oxygen production equipment application field:
Large factories, aquaculture oxygen production, increase oxygen, dissolved oxygen, supporting the use of large ozone machine for disinfection, sterilization, algae removal, etc.
Can also be used to
(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarbonization, oxygen-assisted combustion heating, foam slag melting, metallurgical control and post-heating.
(2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen-rich aeration of activated sludge, increase oxygen in pool and ozone sterilization.
(3) Field cutting construction: field steel pipe, steel plate cutting with oxygen rich, mobile or small oxygen generator can meet the requirements.
(4) Sewage treatment, non-ferrous metal smelting: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, plumbum and other need to use oxygen rich, PSA method is gradually replacing cryogenic method.
